Mamba Max ESC with shrink wrapped Electrolytic
 
I've noticed that many of the Mamba Max ESC has a shrink wrap around the three electrolytic capacitors. Mine didn't come with this shrink wrap. Is this Mamba Max an older version or something? Is there something to be said about the units without the three electrolytics shrink wrapped together?
