FYI This if for when using 4 channel function on the radio.

C-Mix is Compensation Mixing. It allows the user to have something automatically occur on one part of the transmitter when a certain value is reached on another part of the transmitter. For example, you can use this function to automatically run the throttle at 10% when the input at the steering reaches 90% or whatever value you program.

I believe INH stands for INHIBIT. ACT stands for ACTIVATE. I think this means you can choose to inhibit or activate the brake function on the 3rd channel. When the 3rd channel is set to ACT and used as an additional brake channel, you can set the EPA for the brake side only. In this setting, the servo will only move to one side since it is only being used for the brakes. If you set the 3rd channel to INH, you can set the EPA for both the high and low sides. In this setting, the servo will be able to move to both sides, and that is why there are both high and low EPA's to set.
