Lazer 12T ESC Programming Help

I'm having problems with my Laser 12T ESC in getting it programmed. Any help woudl be great

It does not do what it is supposed to when I go through the programming steps.

No matter what I do the lights do not change the way they say they should in the instructions.

I'm using a 3PM Futabo Radio on 2.4

hey there im having the same problem. the light on mine just stays red and makes a very faint buzzing noise.
