GTX spins up motor when plug in batt
#1

Hi guys,
I got a GTX esc with a Tamiya TZ motor. When I plug in the battery, the motor spins up immediately without the ESC even switched on, LEDs are not lit.
When I switch on the ESC and and push the trigger to brake, than the motor will come to a stop.
However after that, the motor will not spin up anymore till I replug the batt.
Any advise on this?
Thanks!

I've attached my wiring picture. Sorry that its quite blur. I'm using the Y-method for the red wire.
Thanks for advising!

Did you run the setup? If that doesn't help, Novak offers refurbished ESC's for 65 dollars, I think.

I have been really lucky with my 2) GTX's, no problems. Ever.
