Lipo Balancing Question

Quick questions for those of you out there. I am looking for a lipo balancing adapter to connect a Protec RC Lipo battery (Align/Eflight Balancing tab) to a Flight Power in line balencer. Can you let me know if any of you have donw this and what you used? Please post stock numbers, link to products if you can. I was thinking that this: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/18570 may work. Please let me know what you think.

Or is it possible to just splice some Align balancing leads on the flight power connector?
