4-Cell GTB will Not Reset or Program Profiles
 

I have a new GTB 4-cell, a 13.5 BL and today I cannot set the profiles on it. When I first installed it I set it up to Profile 5 and after a night of tracktime it was obvious I needed a little more drag brake and I cannot get the ESC to reset. Switch off, unplugged from receiver, hold button, switch on, Red LED comes on and thats it nothing more. I checked Novaks website and it just says to check the reciever connection, the manual says it works either way, I have tried both ways and no luck. It was working and now it won't program, anyone know of anyway to force this thing back to factory defaults and I'll start over.
