today i had a orion 3200 with about 15 runs dump on me after 6 mins. well checked the volts and theywere way off. but a buddy had a checkpoint balencer and did that and now they are spot on. any idea's what would of caused that to happen. i always use a ice at 3.2 amps

How far off were they? There may be nothing wrong other than 15 charges without balancing. Get yourself a balancer.
