I've run the Speed Passion 13.5 and it is close to a Novak 10.5.
I've also run the Speed Passion 10.5...horsepower was never a concern in Superstock.

based on these I assume the 6.5 will be ballistic. Wish I had one for 1/12

A quote from the guy who won 2wd and 4wd at our state titles last year:

" The speed passion 6.5 has the power of a normal 5.5 with the smoothness of a 7.5, awesome."

Being an LRP freak myself I reckon I'm close to turning the corner.

edit: Just saw where you're from, you racing offroad this weekend?

I've only tested 6.5's on-road, but I'm really hoping to get some much needed off road track time, also i'll tap the minds of those i know have used the 6.5 in their off-road this afternoon.

Anyone tried the Speed Passion motors with a sensorless ESC? I just ordered a Castle Creations Sidewinder ESC and I'm looking for a good overall 13.5 motor to run in my Cyclone S. Also, is the sensor harness on a SP motor removable like an Orion or LRP? Thanks!!
