anyone use Nomadio?

I've been using a Sensor for two years now and I think it is one of the best radios out there. I drive left handed and when I went to search for a new radio, having the ability to run it left handed was a major consideration. Nomadio fans are a very loyal group of drivers and all will tell you their radios are excellent.

There are some issues with the steering wheel shaft being somewhat brittle if you reef on the steering wheel a lot but there is a guy that makes turned aluminum replacements that are simply awesome. All this info can been read on Nomadio's site forum.

Bottom line; it's a great radio.

I've been using the sensor for about 1 1/2 years now. Love the radio. The balance is great and the fact that I could save my settings on the computer is cool. The reciever is a little big if you want to use the telemetry, but if not it has a mode that lets you use the spectrum modules (you have to do it on the computer though). They also make the react, you should check that out too.

good news then...I am fairly new to the hobby but have never heard of this company. Any idea why you do not see much of them...or maybe I have not noticed.
Either way, I am going to be upgrading and really like this unit so far.

Which radio are you looking for I have the React with a 2700 battery and 1 transceiver if you would like to buy off of me. We can agree on a price. I just got the 3PKS thats why I am selling it. I also have 3 more transceiver V2 to sell ...

You probably haven't heard much about them becuse of exposure. They aren't a big company from what I've heard. They do do remote items for the military which is where they started. I would go to their site and check out the forum boards and the web site for more about their products.

Great Radio, both the Sensor and the React. The React is the newer and if left hand is not needed then I would recommend it.
You've not heard of them since they are fairly new to RC and exposure has been minimum. They do however have a long extensive history in Radio Control primarily in Military applications such as obseravtion drones and such. They are very well versed if not the originator of 2.4Ghz. They were also the first to use frequency hopping.
The only problem I've ever had is with static charge during the early season return to carpet and then only on 4 cell, careful antenna placement cures this.
They have been swamped with Military business most of last year so RC hobby productions was drastically slowed and availablity is slim but they are filling orders as fast as they can so if your patient you could have the lightest most advanced radio out there.
