Hitec Eclispe 7 QPCM, question

Real dumb question, from a newbie:o
as im looking into, getting me a Plane, heli, ive just been offer'd this Hitec Eclispe 7 QPCM, at a good price, but i have a question about it.
Can u use the Hitec Eclispe 7 QPCM, with rc cars, trucks also.....:confused:
