Problem with electronic 6 reciever
 

I just bought a plane with Hi Tec servos and installed a new battery and Hi Tec Electronic 6 reciever. The reciever is for JR or Airtronics. I am using A JR 600 and it will not operate any systems. I checked the battery and it is at full charge 5.8 and the crystals are dual conversion. The only movement I get is the power on and off glitch. I tried new set of crystals and a new battery with no luck. I need some ideas on what may be wrong:(
