why does my sphere feels like a light switch
 

I just bought a sphere with a novak 4.5. I install it in my 501x and its undrivable. When you first turn it on it goes full throttle for maybe 3 seconds then stops.

Then when you accelerate it goes to full throttle no matter how little you move the trigger. It only has 2 speeds full power and nuetral. I have played with all my radio settings and they have no effect on the speed control.

I tried reprogramming the speed control acording to the instructions. It responds like it should, appropriate light and all that but still on off like a switch.

Any suggestions?

you have to go through the setup with your radio again.

I have done it 3 times already. Would a bad motor cause this?
