Default Novak 10.5SS HELP!!!

Recently I bought a used 10.5ss system and I powered it up and it worked perfectly. But now when I hook everything up the motor won't move. I opened it up to see if anything was stuck in there but its not, the rotor just won't spin freely like it did before The ESC works fine the lights for throttle and brake flash when i hold them, but the motor won't move at all. I have tried everything I could think of(batteries, revievers, crystals, connections,)
does anyone know what could be the problem? do I need a new rotor?
thanks for your help in advance

If the rotor is not turning freely, there is a binding problem that needs to be addressed first. It is possible that in the process of taking the motor apart the rotor was not reseated correctly into the motor or there is now debris in the motor that is causing it to not spin freely.

Do you have access to another motor to ensure that it a definite problem with the motor once you get the binding problem solved?
