Charge and discharge rule of thumb?

Hi, I am looking for a rule of thumb on charging and discharging batteries. I have some 4600 nimh batteries 6 cell I would charge these on 4.6 amps correct? So, what about when I cycle them what should I set the discharge on?

Does it say on the side.

I have 4200's, and they say to charge at 6 amps, and discharge at 30.

I dont have a 30 amp discharger, so i just discharge them most of the way on the charger (10 amps), then put them on a smart tray and take them to .9v
