Intellipeak ICE stopped working...any ideas?
 

My ice has stopped working out of nowhere. It was working fine last week, then i pack it up all safe and stuff and come out to San Antonio to visit my brother and race with him out here...

...and we plug it in and it wont power on. I plug it to a car battery, still nothing. My brother plugged in his Smart Tray into his PS and it turned on so i pulled the bananas on that out to tap the bananas on my ICE to it to see if it'll get power that way...and the ICE still doesnt turn on and the Smart Tray turns off when i do that.

whats goin on? Google is very little help. I bought this thing like...june 2006 i think. Always treated it well.

Is there a fuse somewhere on the charger? I would check that. Sometimes first plugging them in will cause them to blow if the fuse has gotten weak.

Other than that, you may have to send it in.

the warranty lasts longer than a year?


anyways...i dont know if it has a fuse. Theres no external fuse so it might be inside but i dont want to open it incase it voids anything...


box says 5 year warranty and just talked to a tech over the phone (real cool guy)...
...looks like i have to send it in :(
