help! aps dynocharge blew!

okay i have a problem with my aps dynocharge. when i was charging a battery the 2 battery leads touched and then it turned off. now when i hook it up to a power supply there is no response. if i hook the battery charge leads to a battery it lights up saying low voltage. but not on the power supply end, no response there! is there a fuse to replace!? please help, im about to pop it open! thanks

there is fuses in the box. 2 of them one a 20 amp and one 15 amp. standard blade fuses. just take the screws out the bottom with a 2mm hex driver and they come right apart
