New Losi Charge Converter

Just saw this advertised

Anyone know what charge rate(s) it supports?
Is it limited by the converter or the charger powering it ?

I saw this a few weeks back. I want to try it to see if anything blows up. JK. But seriously. LOL.

If this is what they say then how come others dont' have all their versions for sale? I can't wait to hear more info from others.
