Transmitter / receiver help
 

I picked up a traxxas revo 3.3 in a trade but it didnt come with a transmitter/receiver . So i bought a tqi transmitter/ receiver new off ebay . I understand now i can program it to a specific model . How do i do this since i dont know what it came from ?

You can not just select a setting so it is full programmed to a model. If you do not have a manual then go to the Traxxas website and download it.

But you probably was better off with some normal transmitter like FlySky, Dumbo etc with which the programming is much easier.

Did you try following this procedure? If you have some other transmitter, worst case you can pickup a compatible receiver and replace the Traxxas receiver. This is what I always do so I can use my Spektrum transmitter.
