I've recently started to have problems with my 306b. When I try to charge any 3s pack, the charger seems to have problems balancing cell 3. I've re calibrated it but it was only .02v out so that couldn't have been the issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you be more specific on what's happening? There are several settings that can effect how the charger handles balancing.
