Is Team Orion no longer in business?

The parent company (https://neidhart.com) still list items in stock, but the company registry states something is in liquidation, so not sure what is going on.

One charger I just bought is there latest or last touch screen that is AC or DC powere.
Normally I just use DC power, but as there specs say 100-240V I wonder if it would blow up if I try it on 110v
The online specs say it's powered using 220v AC and It's only sold outside the states.

Nevermind...........Found a cheap invertor to use.

Oscar Jansen as the motor and battery guru at TeamOrion has started his own brand, so yes, there could be something going on.
