Using two receivers with one tansmitter?

I have a Redcat Racing RCR-T4C 4 Channel 2.4Ghz Radio W/ Receiver and 2 cars. Can I buy another receiver and use the same transmitter for both cars. I will only be using one car at a time.

Yes, but if the transmitter has no model memories then you need to change the troms and other settings everytime you change from model.
