I was really excited to get TWO 4300 packs for $55
And...
Arrived well packaged and sealed. Nice
Free stickers. Nice
Hooked up to charger-
Connection break........
Pack 1 DOA at 1.3v and 1.6v per cell... Totally shot...
Included paperwork boasts about their 3.75v/cell storage protocol, ahhhh no...

I emailed sunpadow before I attempt to open 2nd pack

Problem is you don't know how long it's been lying around in the store...

I got a pack after recommendation from a friend. Amazon delivered next day. Perfectly packaged, balanced and storage charged. Was a bit thick for my liking for a 4300mah but it got good punch

100% great service!
 

2nd pack was 3.8v per cell, perfect.
Sunpadow is sending me a replacement pack for DOA pack.

They are punchy for 700c, but thick indeed. They stretched my batt bungees

For $26, they're a slam dunk for club racing

(2) new packs for $55 tells me they've been sitting on the shelf too long and need to be moved. Sunpadow batteries are not known to be cheap to begin with so the price would've spooked me. (jmo)

consider cnhl lihv shorties, I have 4 of them, best bang for buck.

Have you tried cnhl 5c charge and burned anything down?

did you buy direct, or in a store?

If you bought in a store and sunpadow themselves sent a replacement, bravo to them.

my chargers max is 2c, I have 4 of cnhl's, still working good, and they were dirt cheap when I got them.

$27 per pack, but they are thick

Cnhl has 4k shorties are 19mm thick

HAd a quick look at their 2s offering - doesn't look like their usual race grade stuff, hence the lower prices.

(hence possibly the lower QA as you found out....)
