Ko propo EX2 Trouble

hello everyone and I already apologize for my english. I have a problem with my Ko propo EX2 radio. During an update my computer was turned off and now the expansion does not turn on anymore and is not even recognized by connecting it to the pc. Anyone know how to fix?

You may have to send it back to KO to get it reset. KOs are notoriously sensitive like that....
