Seems to me hall sensors would be a no brainer.
I know the M17 has a pot. Unsure about the 10PX.

It is a whish of thoughts because from most transmitters there was an R follow up.
But why? is the 10PX not good enough?

Correct, currently own a 7PXR and was wondering if an R version of the 10PX was a possibility as I'm due for a replacement.

I haven’t heard any news of R model but they seem to usually do an R or limited edition version. I’m sure there will be a new version just not sure when. Currently own a like new 7PXR and looking to possibly upgrade myself.

What 10ch receivers are compatible? The manual says s-fhss for 7ch, and f-4g for 10ch. I can’t find any 10ch receivers

And the manual also mention that the rest of the channels are only available through SBUS so you need SBUS servo's or an SBUS to PWM channel(s) converter.

Really? I thought this is necessary only if receiver have 4 channels. Which page in the manual you find that information?

Book_10PX_ENG_Letter.pdf (futabausa.com)

Page 8....

In S-FHSS mode you can use an 8ch receiver, I belive the R2008GF then you only need the sbus direct servo's or converter to connect those last channels. In T-FHSS and F-4G mode you are limited to the 4 channels and the other 6 can be connected by the SBUS. On Amazon, Aliexpress and Banggood you can find all kind of SBUS to PWM converters but also Futaba sell programable ones.
