Programming Trackstar Gen II ESC
 

I have the Trackstar GenII 120A ESC. I bought there recommended programming box. But keep getting connection fail message. Tried connecting to ESC's programming connector and the receiver wire and computer...all end up with connection fail message. Is there another programming box that would work with the Trackstar GenII esc or is there some special trick that I missed?
