Venom pro duo won't charge both sides at the same time
I can charge with channel 1 or channel 2. But when I try both at the same time it shuts down and then goes back to main screen. Please help. I just received it today and would like to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm using 2 brand new 3s 100c 5200 lipos. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

if its a dc try a dc power supply

if that makes it charge in both at same time then you know ur ac is failing

This unit is supposed to have 2 AC power supplies built in. Don't know if the control circuitry are running off one PS or both. But it sounds like a power supply issue. Do you have a 200w or more DC power supply to test it like mentioned above?
