Hobbystar ESC - how to reset without program card?
 

Hi all,

I just received an ESC but it is set to race mode with no reverse. I have the turbo model with no set button, only on off. I don't have the program card - can I reset the esc to default somehow without a program card? The manual does not say.

Try pushing and holding the set button for 3second. Red & Blue LED starts to blink. At the time ESC should be defaulted.

There is no set button on my turbo version. Only the power button... Holding it just turns it off. Holding it to turn it on puts in throttle calibration mode.

I also tried hooking it up to an adapter that goes to USB but the computer didn't recognize it. I guess the starlink adapter is more than just a connector?

What Hobbystar ESC is it?

It's the 160a turbo sensored.

Dont think you can adjust anything without A card..
