M8 too much dinosaur! 26 years it came out and FM. FM Novak Switch and Novak Xxtra can be used, Novak out of business years ago. If conversion to 2.4mhz, Specktum came out with plug and play for TX & RX they been discontinued also. Good luck if you find them, I use 2 M8's on my serpents model on my museum shelf. Purchase the newer M12's or M17.

I have a novak xxtra module for the m8, and a few receivers (its synthetic so you set the fm channel you want use). I also have 2-3 75mhz fm x’tal receivers if you are looking for those. Pm me if interested.

M8's a fine radio. For most racers, theres hardly a thing the modern radios do that the M8 cant. They just use more battery power, and the first DSM Spektrum modules can feel a bit slow and numb by today's standards. Of course, you'd only notice that by driving back to back with newer tech. The M8/M11 modules pop up on ebay from time to time, and I think that'd be your best option. SR3000, and the Losi receiver that has a very similar part# will work as well. No DSM 2+ stuff though.
