Default Help with Orion Advantage One Duo

When I hook up the balance lead on my charger, it says cell voltage too high. It's reading cell 1 at 1.38 and cell 2 at 5.13. When I gook it to my other chargers the cell voltage is balanced and it charges no problem. I've tried it with 3 batteries. On the 2nd input the balance port doesn't read anything so the charger asks if I want to continue without balancing. Both sides will work with the balance leads disconnected, but I don't want to use it without the balance leads. I'm thinking the charger is shot, but I thought I'd ask for second opinion. Worst case I can still use it for my nimh batteries.
