Does anyone have the pinout for the USB Programming Adapter for HobbyKing PC Link? I just need to know whether to use the Data+ or Data- with the power pins...

You do realize it's not a direct connection between the USB pins and the ESC pins? At <$6 why wouldn't you just buy one?

USB requires all 4 pins.

I didn't until looking at a couple of others out there... You're right... the squeeze isn't worth the juice on one.
