I have a protek charger that can charge 25amps,on the new batteries that you can charge up to 4.35 volts per cell,my charger will only let me charge up to 4.30 volts per cell, how much difference will see on the track ?

Most chargers I have used would tend to let the batteries sag to 8.36V at rest. Recently I got a charger that would let me over volt to 4.22V/cell and that would enable the pack to hit 8.40V at rest... while that extra 0.04V may not seem like much on paper, it really makes a bigger difference toward the end of a run when you squeeze an extra 250mAh of juice into the pack so you have a pinch less fade.

Many tracks will tech your voltage, but not always, there is a guy at our club who obviously over volts his packs when they aren't teching and it's blatantly obvious in the jump from 8.40V to 8.70V with significantly more punch.... I would imagine it would be just as noticeable at 8.60V as well... if people don't say anything to your face, they will certainly bad mouth you behind your back and you won't make many friends on the stand if you are running in a stock class and over volting.

Do you guys store batteries in the pouch or is it just for charging ? Are they safe out of the bag if there in storage mode ?

I stored mine in the pouch when I had few enough to fit them all. Now I just store them inside after discharging them on storage mode.
