Default Motor/ESC wires ABC (DROPPED 3 tenths)

After my race today I noticed the wire coming from the “B” sensor on my motor was disconnected. I soldered it back on and took five practice laps and within those five laps I went 3 tenths quicker than my fast lap for the entire day. I’m assuming I ran all day with this wire disconnected but will the motor run like that?

I can’t imagine that it disconnected after the race and then after reconnecting I just drove the car 3 tenths quicker.

Let me know if any of you are familiar with what disconnecting the B wire will do?

Thanks!

It may have been connected with a few strands of wire and did run but came detached somewhere along the line. Long as it's faster now...Don't worry, be Happy! -)

I did the same thing. First time I ever ran a 21.5. I was thinking I needed to sell it because it was pretty slow. So I geared it and boosted it and it was so smooth and stable I loved it. Finally noticed 1 phase wasnt connected and put it back on. Like a month later. Honestly I was cutting really nice laps when it was missing a phase but it came from shortcutting everything i could on track and efficiency of motion. When I put the third phase back on it was a different game,
