I just got an icharger 406 duo and it sets storage voltage for lipos at 3.85v per cell. All my old chargers before stored lipos at 3.8v per cell. What setting is better? What about lihv cells?

Anywhere between 3.70 -3.85 will be fine. (Not that particular) Same for LiHv also.

If you're storing for longer (many months) use 3.85, as they can self discharge slightly I've found, leaves a little buffer.

Otherwise just use the 3.80 you're comfortable with.

I prefer to leave it at 3.85v. A bit quicker to charger when needed. Safer if i want to leave the battery for a long time
