Anyone else had this happen? Note: I've installed It straight out the box and not had any chance to programme it yet, or calibrate to my 4GRS transmitter, but I've done that before and not seen an ESC just turn off in a race.
It did occur when id managed to bin it into a corner, would the sudden shock or an amps spike to that ?

I've seen this with hard crashes and Orca ESCs. I think a hard crash will press the button, causing it to power off or enter a programming mode.

Think the stock 2 can cap is the cause. People were complaining about the esc shutting down during a crash. The fix was to upgrade the capacitor. Mine was upgraded to the 4 can mod cap and I never had an issue.

I had a heavy landing and mine just stopped. It now only works intermittently so have had to replace it. Its like the sensor cable is broken and it goes between sensored and unsensored (its not the cable, have tried 2 and they work fine on other cars). The ESC is about 18 months old so I guess its just dead?
