Reedy ESC or motor issue?

i bought on here an esc and a motor combination. Having issues where the motor will not turn over. Esc is solid green. But no throttle. Battery is charged servo turns. I am afraid this motor is bad that I bought on here. Any help trouble shooting be great.

Sometimes a bad sensor wire can cause this.

Did you calibrate the esc To the radio?

Maybe to help out it would be best to list what ESC/motor are we talking about?
