I'm hearing good things about the EcoPower WP120T , what I like the most is that their replacement gear sets are only $13.

I have been running a Savox 1258 in my SCT410 since I first got it about 6 years ago, I have to replace the gears on it every 2-3 years, you will know when it's time to replace the gears ($25/set) as slop starts to form in the servo arm, if you don't replace the gears then they will eventually strip, and not a good thing to strip a gear during a main :(

1/10 car, nothing special...

So you need a servo with:
- metal gear
- speed 0.1sec over 60 degrees degrees or faster
- 10kg torque or more

I might suggest the new Hitec D955TW if you want torquey, or the D930SW if you want speedy. Either will work well.

6040 spectrum 80 bucks Hi tech 9255 90 on servo city ,com with discounts, dont buy used . and if your stripping gears quit crashing or do something with your servo savor . my 6040 in my losi SCTE 10 E is OLD like me and its like new . savox draws to much power and causes glitches IIMO

you can get a second hand s6040 for 20 to 35 dollars in great shape. another is the associated ds1015 (also ace 1015 is the same). its an older model, but its nice. again for like 25 or 35 dollars second hand

Protek 160ss or 160t. They retail for $110 but some time can be had online for $100 and if you use a coupon code even less . They are the best servos for the money.

Hi. You've ran this low profile servo in a SCT410 and it survived? That's good news because I'm rebuilding mine for a race and need a servo and just happen to have a 160t on my bench. Thanks!

AGF A80BHSW. I love mine. Build quality is fantastic and it was $80 shipped.
