Low voltage?

I have a brand new protek 4s lipo for my starter box. I have charged it twice. Once when it was brand new then I storage charged it a day later. Yesterday morning I recharged it and maybe spun my starter box maybe about 15 times. I elected not to storage charge it after I was done yesterday because I felt like it would have had plenty of life to go another day. I fired my truggy up maybe 6 times today. Tonight I go to storage charge the battery on my Orion Touch Duo charger and I get the low voltage warning so I'm not able to storage charge. I'm completely new to lipos but I believe I've been following the proper procedures. My Transmitter battery and receiver battery were charged and storage charged at the same time as my starter battery and they are good. How long do lipo batteries typcally go before they drop to low voltage? Also, how can I fix this (safely)?

Ok, I'm an idiot lol. I had my connectors on the wrong channel. Everything is all good.
