Connecting Wires
I would like to get into rc building but I'm worried to buy my basic gear like a motor and a ESC because I am unsure how to connect the end of the wires together I know you can solder them but I would prefer not but a soldering machine is it possible to make it so there is like a jack on the end of my wire so I can re use my motors and esc and mix and match them later on. Thanks

Not the fact that you do not know how to solder but the fact you ask for a video.... Google is your friend with this! https://www.google.com/search?source...94.PJtrMABhXLc |
You don't need an expensive soldering station, I spent under $30 for this setup here which I bought nearly 8 years ago and is still working well for me to this day, plus soldering wires is a lot easier than you think, the trick is to use any 50W iron with a chisel tip:

FWIW, if you are going to invest into a soldering station, I found it best to just get something around the 70-80W range which can cover just about any RC need you could ever have... I did these:
You do want to make sure you have different tips. Most irons in this range come with a tip used for tiny electronics which won't work well for most RC applications. |
learn it. not very hard. it's like glue but super hot.
