Yes, the 5 Pro will come with both large and small wheels (and the correct cams to use them). It will come with small, medium and new large grip (larger than used on the 6R). The battery door was not changed this go around. That will be a bigger change to go with a bigger platform update way in the future. Now a days everyone has a 1.5 wrench with them, so its not so horrible.

Thanks for the info, sounds very good - especially all of the included accessories. How does the range compare between the SR2100 and SR2010? I may opt for a transmitter only version and buy a 2010 if there is a large difference in range (will be using it outdoors a lot). That reminds me, does the transmitter only version still include the accessories? Thanks!

So If I decide to get a DX5 Pro will I be able export my models from my DX5r? Or is the software incompatible?

Yes, you can save them on an SD card and transfer them over.

For the range... same. Actually in some tests it went further, but it gets to the point that its so far away, you can't even see the vehicle. Yes all the accessories are included in the TX only version.

Wow, that was quick. Is that carbon fiber print on the screen bezel and side panel? If so I think that’s a nice little touch. I am going to check one out next week if they are available.

Nick, does Spektrum sell replacement foam for the DX6R aluminum case. My foam tore and I would like to replace it. Thanks

I may pull the trigger on this one. Just a few questions though.... Can the preset Losi models be erased, or do you have to work around them? Also, does this unit have the same loose flap issue the DX6R has? I've read this unit is backwards compatible with DSM2 receivers; at what frame rates can these older receivers be bound at? And lastly, how does the screen size compare to the older, DX3R Pro?

Thanks

Pull the trigger!!!! Seriously-- yes, if you choose you can delete the preset models. Just note that if (when) we do any software updates, you would need to same your modules, because the update would re-load the presets. No issues with the flap (SD Card Cover), the designs are different between the 6R and 5 Pro. Not all 6R's have that issue - but definitely something I would re-design if I could. The DX5 Pro is DSM2 compatible - bind is at 16.5ms frame rate. Screen on the 5 Pro is little larger, we also pack more data onto the screen compared to the 3R

I noticed these are in stock now, does anyone have any hands-on experience with one yet? I am probably a couple of weeks away from being able to purchase one myself.
