If you are charging and racing, you leave them, since we cannot legally use the extra voltage....

I think France and Spain I am allowed to optimize the settings.

Do you use balance discharged when using 30A?

I know balance discharge is safety way. But is it slower then just straight discharging? I know the risks would be lot higher I think.

Default Discharging lipo voltage.

Morning, I hope you don’t mind me asking a question about the charger x6.

When discharging you have 2 readings, the voltage under load on the top screen and 2nd reading near the bottom. I set the charger to finish at 3.2v but when it’s under load the reading on the top will go below 3v if I let charger charger finish at 3.2v. So is the voltage under load that I need to pay attention to and not let it go below 3v?

The 2nd voltage below, is the actual battery cell voltage, measured through the balance port. The charger uses this to determine the battery's voltage when charging and discharging.

The 1st voltage on top, is the voltage measured at the connector to the charger. When charging, this will be higher than the battery voltage, and when discharging, this will be lower than the battery voltage. This is due to electrical resistance of the connectors and wires. This is why we use balance plugs, to know the actual voltage of the cells.

I hope that helps.

I understand what your saying, so I need to pay attention to the 2nd voltage reading when discharging ?

If you set the discharge voltage to cutoff at 3.2v, the charger will look at the 2nd voltage for that purpose, yes. It will do so automatically. This compensates for the resistance of the wires and connectors. It also does the same for charging.

Edit
I guess I can't bash it it's already all over YouTube it's small and what I need damn it

Edit
I got more time with it and it charged my 6500 4s in 14 minutes I'm more than happy paying retail for warranty if anything happens to this one

Default 1s 30a discharge issue

Has anyone tried discharging a 1s Lipo at 30amp? I have a discharge bank and it hooked up I believe the right way per the way I see in the RL video. But he is using a 2s Lipo. When it’s all hooked up I can only discharge at 3amp.
