I doubt anybody here is going to be able to reverse engineer a custom circuit via looking at a couple of pictures on a forum.

Op clean that board so you can read the labeling better. Beyond that it's labeled by wire color, so who knows.

Well, it is possible because there are 4 transistors making an H-bridge to control the motor. Power should be no problem as well with most of the time a high value capacitor over the 2 connection tabs.
