Please help

Bought 2 lectron pro 4s 5200 mah 14.8v for my x maxx 8s ran and charges them two times in like 3 days the next day ran them again and went to charge them and both say connection break. They are brand new. I don't get it. Help if you can need some help. Thank you

Sounds like your balance wires might have broke or come undone.
Measure the voltage at the battery connector. What is it?

Hey

Volts 0 per cell 0

Bad battery, maybe contact the seller? I don't thin kyou will have much luck

Is that measured with a voltmeter or what your charger is telling you?
Measure with a voltmeter at the battery connector because your charger takes the voltage reading at the balance plug and that may be your problem.

Kk

That's what it says on the charger. Thank you I will let you know. If they are bad that's suck use them two times and they go bad. $160 for them and I never even crashed or anything

Think about it - 1 charger says 2 batteries are bad - and it says connection error - you have a bad charge cable or your charger is bad. Plug your battery in and wiggle wires to see if you get a reading. Check your charge cables to make sure all the plugs are seated. Use a multimeter to check the cables to be sure there isn't a break in the wires. I seriously doubt 2 batteries went bad at the same time.

I've often had this happen when one of the connectors have gone bad... might be worth soldering up a fresh connector on the charger... also switch to basic LiPo mode to see if it charges without the balance connector, then that might tell you that the balance harness needs to be replaced or not.

check batterys for broken wires .did you use a VOM meter to check each cell .also do a charge cable check.sounds like broken wires some where either at connector or on battery solder tabs..if your unsure how to do it IM me.. or look on youtube….even if batterys died you would still see a voltage unless wires broke.

Hey hey

K the volts with a power meter are good in the wires you plug into the car but the volts are low low and the battery has a hard case. I have researched how to bring the volts back right but I'm still worried about taking the hard case off alil you know. So it has to be in the balance wires right?

Hey

My charger is good cuz I can charge all my other batteries fine

So now with your voltmeter check the voltage between the three wires in the balance plug. If ANY of two wires shows 0 volts then you have a problem with the balance wires or plug.

1. When asking for help, it's good to be as detailed as possible - describing voltage as "low low" does not help diagnose the problem. Add as much detail as you can - which wires did you measure, what was the voltage, what did you measure the voltage with, etc. Pictures would help as well.

2. No idea why you would open the hard case off a battery to "bring the volts back up". At this point it sounds like you don't have any idea why your voltage is "low low" - why the heck would you open the battery?

3. You originally stated you had 2 bad batteries - is it now just one?

what I the batteries voltage? does the charger no see the battery. if charger is not seeing battery at low voltage then bring it up to 7,65 volts with a nimh charge when it hits 7.7 . remove battery from charger .it will be quick..sounds like battery needs to be replaced.
battery voltage thru main plug?
batteries voltage at each cell.?
as said .. we all would like as much info in the beginning as possible it will help narrow down the issue..
