Fan port plug?
 
Can you buy the plugs to make your own leads, if so do you know where? What is the name for this type of plug?

I have a pretty good memory, and some experience with Molex connectors. Honestly though I think rcbuggy88 is right. You will have to measure the pin spacing to see which connector it actually is.
