my friend bought a parallel import m17. when sanwa announced recall, the shop didn't help him to send back, not even asked. and even he can pay around $70 round ship freight.
there is risk buying non genuine import. be careful

Eric Anderson with Apex was kind enough to verify that radios shipping currently have batteries included. I peremptorily bought one from amain as early reports indicated the radios were shipping without batteries.

Yes all 10 radios I got today had lipos in them. All sold and shipped out same day.

I bought mines today for $530 @RCmadness website. Their located in Enfield Connecticut. And the remote comes with its own battery too, unlike Amains version which doesn’t.

Hey EA. Did you add the battery or did they have batteries when you got them? What size battery?

Correction they refunded my money. Around 5 days for refund to go thru. Crazy.

They come with all US Version radios. The ones AMain has has the battery in them as well since they come from the same place I got mine. They do not get their radios direct from Sanwa.
