The 481 and 482 were/are very popular. I can't see Sanwa not offering a similar version in the future supporting the latest comms. protocol. Probably intentionally not included with the initial release for the exact reason you mention; people will purchase extra 491's, then have a reason to buy again for the antenna-less version.

Default Bsx2 in SSR mode

I tried with M12s. Didnít work . It only work inSSR mode with slower M12.( they are about in the same era). My Ko propo bsx3 (HCS)works in SSR with m12s. No problem. Someone said ko Servo (HCS series ) can even work in ULTRA mode. Is there anyone tried it?

But if it works in sur mode, then its ok for the servo? Or are you running a risk of damage the servo?

Damaging the servo is one thing, you might run into some weird behaviors if your servo isnt compatible with the mode you've selected.

Unless the manufacture specifically said it will work with that mode, I wouldnt want to try and see and risk damaging an expensive servo or driving my car into a wall.

Futaba offer great pistol grip systems. They just doesn't have the feel/connection of Sanwa. IMHO.
