There are some pgs settings you can only do with the program box, can't remember exactly which

thanks Jay. well noted that can be done via program box, but i would tend to set via m17. for an gp on road guy like me, the receiver was hidden in a box, too troublesome to set it back and forth

LOL! Looks great! Unfortunately I don’t think you’re going to get much sympathy for the long wait... Most of us have been waiting months just for the radio!

Not looking for sympathy, just sharing something I designed.

I was one of those people that waited months for this radio as well.

Is already safe to order the sanwa m17? The problems are solved? I want to order one but I am afraid about the problems.

the problem solved. but the touch pad is the worst things of this new pistol. other than that, the light weight is the best thing.
if you are gpers using pgs servos, you need to either use y harness (it can configure 7 parameters only), or use program box. with that said, if you don't use the pgs servo. m12s will be good enough provided if the price is not much difference.
and it also doesn't have the software to sync via computer yet.

per the trend of sanwa, they will launch lacquer version in the late stage, just like the mt44

got my first test run of my m17 with 2 pgs servos on my mrx6r, after recall from since the purchase at aug25, the overall feeling was smoother and seemed to be more connected, the lighter weight is a plus.
while i recalled holding my m12s, my wrist naturally was nodded by its weight.
also, setting the pgs servos was fun too. i will put up the setting from shimo to test next week.

How have new sanwa systems been with nitro? Id like to make the switch from futaba but futaba has been so rock solid for me for many years with nitro. I'd like an m17 tho.

what are the best servos to run now with m17?
