How do I balance charge these?

Get the right charging cable. Between the 2 connectors there is also a 2mm connector, all 3 will go to the balance plug. Is a standard thing, these cables can be bought anywhere.

If those are 5mm tubes then this is what you need or make something like it. There are many variants but the Deans plug is probably what most chargers have included with it.
