That's a old am radio set. There is no binding process as there is a crystal in the radio and in the reciever that match frequencies. They are removable and over time and abuse the receiver crystal can break down.

You can buy one but I would just get a whole new set.

You can also just toss it in the trash and get a cheap 2.4 setup. Way more reliable and will likely have more features and better range
