Anyone having any luck getting LRP to respond to questions?

I asked a question over 10 days ago, have the status as "being processed" it is a simple question...

"I have 2 LRP SSX Stock Spec Version 2 ESC's that both stopped working at the same time... How unusual!.... Where can I send them to see if they can be repaired at at what cost."


Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot these? Wondering if the Over Heat protection was activated... how do you reset the ESC just to rule this out?

Any help is appreciated.

Hahahaha... I am only laughing, because i know what you are going through. I had this issue years ago with their 1/8 Stuff!

But they are currently restructuring the Company.

i thought i remember there was a BEC problem with the SXX speed controller. i had one and it blew out when AE did the repairs for them. they took months to fix it, and the repaired one broke in half a drive. sent it back again and finally got it fixed for good like 6 months after that.

i sent an email to them about 8 days ago with no response about a car.
