Default Tribute Pics of Chester P.

I have decided to start a thread with some pics of Chester P. For many of us that were fortunate enough to meet Chester and hang with him you all know what an incredible ICON he was to the RC HOBBY. I am proud to have called him my friend and colleague. He never, ever told me NO when ever i needed some help with anything hobby related. I got to spend a lot of time with him in his later years when he came back to work at Bruckner, i was the Heli guy he was the car man. Much Respect to you my friend, R.I.P. If anyone here has pics of him past or recent please feel free to post em here. Here are some i took of him about 20 months ago....Ivan!

When did Chester pass away? This is very sad news, hope he went peacefully. Chester was a cool cat, knew a ton about r/c. I recall him pitting for me one year at the Winternats in Ft. Myers and hanging with him and the Bruckner crew.

Yeah, Chester P was one of a kind for sure....I haven't seen him for many years, and obviously was sick for some time.

I will always remember what a kind, polite guy he was....Always used to call everyone "sir"....

Hard when good guys go, but I was glad to have known him....God Speed Chester P.

I met Chester P back in the 80's at Hobby Hut in Brookyn. His favorite saying down in Vineland was "so faaaast"

He will be missed by all of us rc racers.

I remember back in the late 90's, the first time I walked into BRUCKNER HOBBIES and met Diatta, Chester and the rest of the staff...You were guaranteed to get a ear full of what was on Chester's mind!!! I'll never forget that...I'm sure he's talking someones ear off somewhere...Rest in Peace "C" a true one of a kind.
